Ahillion (Αχιλλειον) cafe, Thessaloniki
Still not sure, but can suggest from experience that greek cafes serve sweets with frappe only in winter time. In Αχιλλειον cafe frappe is served with shortbreads, which go really nice. 
As about frappe there're no comments... nice and smooth... satisfied completely.
Waitress, by the rules of serving, did her best. And as a human was quite welcoming.
And that what i want to suggest you. Visit Αχιλλειον cafe when you are in Thessaloniki. No regrets for that. And please, i need comments from those who visited cafe already.

First one - freddo espresso (on theleft), is made by mixing espresso coffee, sugar, ice cubes and milk in a shaker. With time, milk will "come off" the rest ingredients and sets on the top of a glass.
Second one is freddo cappuccino (on the right) which i like mostly. It's also made in the same way as freddo espresso, but without adding milk into the shaker. Milk foam is added on the top of a drink... you can beat cold rich milk in a foam using french-press or mixer for milkshake.
Freddo is less stronger than frappe. It could be also sweet, strong or semi-sweet... Freddo espresso could be made without milk, but milk in freddo cappuccino is a must.

Freddo is tasty and refreshing, it's a good alternative if you cant drink quite strong frappe or you've drunk frappe today but still need a caffeine dose, so you take less strong freddo just to give you some extra energy))) Now it's your choice.

Греки и Фраппе

Фраппе всегда подается со стаканом воды. Когда греки заканчивают пить фраппе, они выливают стакан воды в стакан из-под фраппе и мешают соломкой для того, чтобы продолжить «фраппе ритуал», несмотря на это, некоторые считают это плохой привычкой. С тех пор как в Греции увеличилось число курящих, комбинация «фраппе и сигарета» популярна по всей Греции. Некоторые шутя называют такую комбинацию «греческим завтраком».
Со всем сказанным, фраппе – символ лени и пустого времяпровождения. Новый архетип грека будет описан в поп культуре с фраппе в руке. Несмотря на это, так как фраппе является крепким кофе, многие студенты и школьники пьют его чтобы зарядиться для многочасовой учебы. Это также любимый напиток среди рабочих, особенно во время летнего периода.
Не удивительно, что греки которые едут в другие страны заказывают фраппе в кофейнях, будучи уверенными что им подадут такой же фраппе, какой они пьют в Греции. Но настоящий фраппе подают только в Греции.
